I’ve been there. I truly understand that feeling.
In 2020, I went through a period where I felt completely drained—no motivation, no clarity, and everyday life felt difficult to manage. At one point, even small things felt like too much, and I knew something in my life needed to change.
A turning point came during the pandemic when a simple moment at Starbucks made me realise how stretched I had become.
A few months later, while hiking, I came across Reiki through a podcast. The idea of it helping people navigate stress and life challenges stayed with me, so I decided to explore it with an open mind. I booked my first virtual session without expectations, just curiosity.
What I felt afterwards surprised me: lighter, calmer, more grounded. It felt like something inside me had shifted, and for the first time in a long time, I experienced real relief and clarity.
That moment became the beginning of a new direction for me.
Over the years that followed, I continued my training and became certified in Reiki, and it has played a meaningful role in my own personal growth.
Life can build up quietly over time until it feels heavy—but change is possible. You are not broken, and you are not alone. There is a way to reconnect with yourself again.
